The two Parties have decided to further strengthen cooperation in the field of sustainable utilization of energy, on the basis of equality and mutual benefit. To realize the objectives of the MoU, the two Parties will cooperate in the fields of: 1. Sustainable utilization of energy; 2. Technology transfer including but not limited to: clean coal technology, intelligent power grid construction, marine deep-water engineering and technology; 3. Oil and natural gas; 4. Renewable energy; 5. Energy efficiency improvement; 6. Energy management capacity-building; 7. International energy cooperation and coordination.
