Water Code - Division 6: Conservation, Development, and Utilization of State Water Resources - Part 4.7: Water Conservation Bond Law of 1988 (secs. 12879 - 12879.17).

This Chapter of Division 6 of the Water Code of California concerns bonds issued for water development. The proceeds of bonds issued and sold pursuant to this Chapter shall be deposited in the 1988 Water Conservation Fund, which is hereby created. The Law also creates a Water Conservation Finance Committee.
