This national broiler genetic improvement programs (2015-2025) aims at approving the strategy on broiler breeding development. The purpose of the program is to: develop broiler breeding into a commodity production industry by meeting domestic and export demands for food; ensure epidemic security and veterinary hygiene, and protect the environment; develop competitive broiler breeding products; develop the animal feed industry; and build suitable slaughter houses. Owners of farm- or industrial broiler breeding establishments and industrial slaughtering, preserving and processing establishments shall be entitled to favourable conditions in land allocation and lease, and to favourable tax incentives. The Ministry of Agriculture shall assume the prime responsibility for implementing the program.
