The present Agreement by the Cantons of Lucern, Uri, Schwyz, Obwalden and Nidwalden lays down provisions relating to the navigation on the Lake Lucerne implementing and completing federal legislation. Article 3 establishes an Intercantonal Navigation Commission responsible for the implementation of the present Agreement. The text consists of 16 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provision (1); Navigation licensing (2); Navigation rules (3); Lake rescue and storm warning (4).
