Red Book on protected and endangered animal and plant species shall be official document containing information and data on state and distribution of varieties and populations of wild fauna and wild flora species on the national territory. Scientific research institutions and organizations shall perform updating and keeping Red Book informing thereof the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Red Book shall be subject to official publication.
