Article 159 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Land monitoring shall be the system of baseline information and data related to qualitative and quantitative state of land fund, including data obtained from distant zoning of the Earth performed with a view of timely identification of the changes in course, assessment thereof and further forecast of developments for the purpose of elaboration of recommendations for the prevention and removal of negative processes”.
