Regulation on measures for detection, prevention and combating the spread of chestnut axis Dryocosmus kuriphilus, the method of determining the boundaries of infected, endangered and areas without harmful organism, the conditions for termination of the ordered measures and manner of notification of the measures undertaken.

This Regulation defines the measures for detecting, preventing and combating the spread of chestnut harmful organism called Dryocosmus kuriphilus that attacs its axis) on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, also prescribing the method for determining the boundaries of infected and endangered areas and areas without any confirmed presence of this harmful organism, including the terms and conditions for ending the imposed measures and other relevant issues such as phytosanitary inspection provisions. Delicate plant in terms of this Regulation is Castanea Mill.
