This Presidential Decree establishes that state commercial and manufacturing enterprise “Belresursy” shall be authorized state institution responsible for centralized purchasing of plant protection agents for organizations performing cultivation of crops (agricultural plants) and processing of agricultural commodities. The following businesses shall be authorized for access to the procedure of centralized purchasing of plant protection agents: (a) manufacturers of plant protection agents; and (b) commercial agents of manufacturers of plant protection agents authorized thereby in accordance with contracts.
