Toxic Chemical Substances Handling Application Fee Standards.

These Standards are enacted in accordance with the Toxic Chemical Substances Control Act. The Standards provide for the rates of the fees collected by competent authorities at all levels pursuant to the Toxic Chemical Substances Control Act, including the fees for permits and registration documents for the manufacture, import, and sale of the Class 1, Class 2, and Class 3 toxic chemical substances, etc.
