This Regulation hereby defines the official Croatian Waste Catalog (classification of all recognized types of waste), that also considers the categorization for the cross-border waste traffic and the amount of waste that is considered as negligible, also in accordance with the rules stipulated by the Basel Convention. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
