The Act the British Virgin Islands Ports Authority Act by replacing the following references wherever they occur: (a) the words “Legislative Council” with the words “House of Assembly”; (b) the words “Governor in Council” with the word “Cabinet”. Section 3 is amended by adding a provision that grants power to the Minister to amend, by Order, the First Schedule. This Schedule, which concerns the constitution and membership of the Authority, is also amended by this Act.
