Arrangement on Cooperation on Oceanography between the State Oceanic Administration and the Hong Kong Observatory.

Both parties agree to cooperate in the following areas: (a) tsunami, storm surge, waves, typhoons and sea fog and other catastrophic marine phenomena early-warning and forecast; (b) sea level changes and climate change; (c) ocean observing data exchange; (d) marine observation technology; (e) other areas agreed upon by both parties.
