This Chief Executive's Order, consisting of 9 articles, the Coordinating Committee for Management and Development of Maritime Jurisdiction Areas. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Committee, entitled to: 1) monitor and evaluate the management of the areas of maritime jurisdiction; 2) promote the carrying out of studies and to coordinate the elaboration and execution of the overall planning and the specific plans of management and development of the areas of maritime jurisdiction, with a view to the formulation of the respective political strategies; 3) promote the elaboration of legal diplomas regarding the management and use of maritime areas; 4) establish the guidelines and issue the necessary instructions for the exercise of their competencies. The Commission shall be under the authority of the Chief Executive.
