This Law sets the necessary terms and provisions related to the effective control over the state aid in various sectors (including natural disasters, social protection, regional/land development) on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro. The Law is divided into IV Chapters and 30 articles, including the provisions on data delivery/reporting to the nomenclature of Territorial Units for Statistics (see article 27).
