Consumer Protection Rules, 1987

The Rules establish the procedures for setting up the Constitution of the Central Consumer Protection Council. The Rules also set out the process, functions, membership and powers of the National Commission. Additionally, the Rules detail out the fees to be paid for making complaints before District Forum.
