This Law officially puts into effect the intention to perform agricultural census of family farms and legal entities and natural persons engaged in the performance of agricultural related activities on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro. This Law also sets various standard aimed to offer a correct and well performed census in order to produce a valid statistic base for the future control over the agricultural sector. The Law is divided 33 articles, including the offences and consequential penalties (see article 29).
