These Regulations were formulated in accordance with Article 5.4 of the Veterinarian Act. A person with a veterinary certificate may apply for veterinary practice registration if none of the conditions listed in Article 6 of the Veterinarian Act is applicable to the person. The application shall be submitted to the competent authority at the local level. A veterinarian shall earn at least 120 credit points of continuing education every six years to remain eligible to practice.
