These Measures, consisting of 18 Articles, are formulated in accordance with the Animal Protection Act. Animal transporters should take appropriate loading and unloading measures in accordance with animal characteristics in order to prevent animals from suffering scared, painful or injured. The Measures further provide for the animal transporter training, animal transport vehicles and protocols, etc.
