Measures for subsidizing petroleum facility and transport expenses of remote, indigenous peoples and in offshore areas.

These Measures are enacted in accordance with the Petroleum Administration Act. The Measures provide for subsidizing the set up of petroleum facilities in remote, aboriginal and offshore areas as well as transportation outlays, and offer price subsidies. In addition, the Measures make provisions on inspection and supervision.
