Administrative measures for operation permission of import, export, production and sale of petroleum and petroleum products.

These Administrative Measures, consisting of 21 Articles, were enacted in accordance with the Petroleum Administration Act. In order to engage in the import, export, production and sale of petroleum or petroleum products, an entity shall obtain the permissions from the central competent authority. A petroleum business operator must be a limited liability corporation.
