These Measures, consisting of 19 Articles, are formulated in accordance with the Regulations of the Renewable Energy Development. According the Regulations of the Renewable Energy Development, for renewable energy power facility with development potential, in the preliminary stage of technical development, the central competent authority may provide relevant reward encouragement within a certain period for the purpose of demonstration. The Measures makes provisions for conditions and rules governing the reward encouragement for wind power generation offshore system demonstration.
