Regulation on the establishment, composition, scope and mode of work of Partnership Councils.

This Regulation defines the establishment, composition, scope and manner of work of the Partnership Councils (participation under the terms and utility as determined by the Law on regional development of the Republic of Croatia, Official Gazette 147/2014). Some of the major principle here protected are: the principle of equal representation; the principle of transparency; principle of equality of partnership members; the principle of harmonization.
