This Notification sets forth procedures and principles of import of goods which are subject to the inspection of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock with regard to public health and safety and animal and plant health. This Notification shall apply to the goods that are listed in Annexes and subject to release free for circulation, inward processing regime, processing under customs control and temporary admission. This Notification sets forth provisions on compliance inspection, veterinary entry document, control certificate, customs procedures, sanctions and authorities.
