Legislative Decree 4 August 2016, n. 169 Reorganization, rationalization and simplification of the discipline concerning the Port authorities referred to in the Law of 28 January 1994, n. 84.

This Decree amends various provisions to the Law N. 84 of 28 January 1994, that considers the reorganization of port legislation. This Decree lists all amending provisions and introduces some additional paragraphs and articles, that will complete the reorganized issues concerning the reorganization, rationalization and simplification of the discipline concerning the Port authorities.
