This Law amends several provisions stipulated by the Law on geological explorations (Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska 110/2013). Changes are related to: several definitions (example the introduction of the voice “technical water is an underground water used for irrigation and industry; and “geothermal resources represent a set of renewable geological resources that include groundwater and heat of rock masses from which heat energy is extracted’; see article 1); the provisions governing the legal entity license terms and obligations; mentions of expert supervision (see article 10); provisions regarding the holders of right to research/explore and their obligations; and several other adjustments/amendments.
