Regulation on the classification and categorization of mineral resources reserves and keeping records of them.

This Regulation prescribes the criteria to be used when determining the effective reserves of mineral resources, conditions for the classification in categories and classes, method of calculation and recording of reserves and contents of the study on classification, categorization and calculation of reserves of mineral resources. These rules are aimed to determine, record and collect various necessary data on mineral reserves present on the territory of the Republic of Srpska; and to calculate the balance between mineral resources, ground waters and liquid and gaseous hydrocarbons and other natural gases. This Regulation is still valid under the terms of the updated Water Law from the Official Gazette 50/2006.
