This Law prescribes the principles of planning, use, space management and spatial planning (several administrative issues) as regards the landscape/terrain space or urban land of the Canton Sarajevo (Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina). This Law includes the principles of the protection of environment, protection of landscape, protection of historical heritage, necessary environmental impact assessment, integrated planning approach, natural disasters precautionary/planning approach, and sustainable development. This Law also determines the list of necessary technical documentation, inspection and supervision rules and responsibilities, and offences and penalty provisions (see Chapter 9).
