This Specification is formulated in accordance with the Animal Epidemic Prevention Law, aiming to prevent, control and eradicate Rabies. The Specification stipulates the diagnosis, surveillance, epidemic report, treatment, prevention and control of animal rabies, including the requirements for immunity and quarantine.
