This Specification stipulates the diagnostic technology, epidemic report, epidemic situation treatment, prevention and control measures, control and purification standards of highly pathogenic avian influenza, including immunization and quarantine supervision. It is applicable to all entities and individuals engaged in poultry breeding, business operation, production and management of poultry products, as well as animal epidemic prevention activities in the territory of the People's Republic of China.
