These Regulations, consisting of 38 sections divided into six Parts and completed by four Schedules, provide for the labelling and packaging requirements of fertilizers; the warnings to be contained on labels, the mandatory standards of strength, quality or quantity with which a fertilizer must comply; and the methods of analysis and sampling of any fertilizer. Schedules specify the following matters: Concentration of constituents; Grades of Lime; Accuracy of label, invoice or delivery docket; and Fees.
