These Measures are enacted to regulate the management and use of forestry disaster relief funds and materials. The Measures consist of 15 Articles. The units receiving disaster relief funds and materials shall establish or designate special agencies to be responsible for the management of disaster relief funds and materials, which shall be responsible for the collection, reception, use, distribution, registration, accounting and file management of disaster relief funds and materials, and ensure the rational and effective use of disaster relief funds and materials. The units receiving disaster relief funds and materials shall publicize the use of disaster relief funds and materials to the society regularly.
