The Water Services Industry (Sewerage Capital Contribution Fund) Regulations 2011 [P.U. (A) 1/2011], are amended Regulation 6 of the principal Regulations are amended by substituting the subregulation 1 establishing that a contribution to the Fund shall be made: a) for non-government project, by a cashier’s order, banker’s order or bank draft; and b) for government project, by a cheque issued by the government, to “Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara” and crossed with the words “Account Payee Only”. In addition, they substitute the First Schedule establishing the Rate of Contribution for Buildings other than specific Buildings and specifying new Category of Contribution and related Rates.
