Format of application for foreign crew certificate of fishing vessel and relevant provisions on application for replacement and reissue thereof due to damage or loss.

These Provisions are enacted in accordance with the Regulations on the Management of the Crew of Fishing Vessels. According to the Regulations, any fishery operator who employs any foreign fisherman shall apply a foreign fishermen certificate for that foreigner, and shall be required to complete then submit an application form as well as required documents. These Provisions stipulate the format of the application, and requirements for replacement and reissue of the foreign fishermen certificate due to damage or loss.
