Rules for Examination, Approval and Issuance of Construction Permit and Fishery License of Samples and Fishing Rafts.

These Rules are enacted in accordance with the Regulations for the Issuance of Building Permit and Fishing License of Fishing Vessel. Samples and fishing rafts shall not engage in coral fisheries, shellfish fisheries, submersible fisheries, trawl fisheries, recreational fisheries and other fisheries which are prohibited by laws and regulations (Sec. 4). Section 7 provides for the principles for fishing Raft construction permit issuance.
