This Board Resolution approves the Technical Regulation of Good Practices for Industrialization and Commercialization of Natural Mineral Water and Natural Water. The assessment of compliance with the Technical Regulation in Annex I shall be made through the Checklist of Good Practices for Industrialization and Commercialization of Natural Mineral Water and Natural Water contained in Annex II. This Checklist incorporates the related items of the Checklist of Good Manufacturing Practices for Food Producing/Industrializing Establishments, approved in specific technical regulations. Its objective is to define Good Practices procedures for industrialization and commercialization of natural mineral water or bottled natural water intended for human consumption in order to guarantee its hygienic-sanitary condition. It applies to establishments that carry out the industrialization of natural mineral water and natural water. It is also intended for establishments that carry out any of the following activities: storage, transportation, distribution and/or commercialization of natural mineral water and bottled natural water.
