These Measures, consisting of 14 Articles, are enacted in order to standardize and strengthen the management of financial special fund for poverty alleviation and improve the efficiency of fund use. The main contents of the performance evaluation of financial special poverty alleviation funds include the evaluation on the situation of capital investment, fund disbursement, fund supervision and fund use effectiveness.
