This Decree amends Decree No. 49.332 on the Programme for the Revitalization of Cooperatives of the State of Rio Grande do Sul (RECOOP/RS) and the Guarantee Fund for Agricultural and Livestock Cooperatives of the State of Rio Grande do Sul. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings such as the following matters: institutions may carry out joint operations within RECOOP/RS, joining technical and administrative efforts to make the Programme feasible, and may establish terms of cooperation between them with official federal financial institutions and with credit cooperatives, including to guarantee part of the risk of financing granted to Agricultural Cooperatives. It is up to the cooperative to decide which financial institution to send the request for project financing.
