Governmental Decree No. 478-N validating the Regulation on the procedure for state registration and renewal of registration of pesticides and agrochemicals.

This Governmental Order establishes the procedure for mandatory state registration and renewal of registration of pesticides and agrochemicals. The applicant must file application to the licensing authority in accordance with the Annex 1. Annex 2 contains the form of registration certificate.
