These Regulations implement provisions of the Land Planning and Development Control Ordinance, 2013 with respect to the Land Development Appeals Tribunal and proceedings before the Tribunal. It also defines the form of appeal. Appeal may be had, among other things, against a requirement to submit an environmental impact assessment report for the purposes of development permission or the requirement to submit a specific type of report.
