Interim Measures for the verification and registration of the population to be supported in the later stage of the rural immigration from the newly built large and medium-sized reservoirs.

These Interim Measures, consisting of 18 Articles, are enacted to strengthen the verification and registration of the population to be supported in the later stage of the rural immigration from the newly built large and medium-sized reservoirs, and to safeguard the legal rights and interests of resettlers. The competent immigration administration authority under the State Council shall be responsible for the the verification and registration of the population to be supported in the later stage of the rural immigration from the newly built large and medium-sized reservoirs. The competent immigration, water conservancy, finance, supervision, audit and inspection authorities at all levels shall strengthen the supervision, inspection, audit the verification and registration work and the allocation, use and management of funds.
