These Measures are enacted to standardize the disassembly subsidy for replacing old household electrical appliances with new ones. The Measures make provisions for: subsidy standard and duration, subsidy fund application, verification and cashing, subsidy fund source, allocation and liquidation, dismantling and processing enterprise management, supervision and management, etc.
