Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2164 amending Regulation (EC) No. 889/2008 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products with regard to organic production, labelling and control.

Regulation (EC) No. 889/2008 on organic production and labelling of organic products is amended by replacing the texts in Annexes I, II, VI, VIII and VIIIa. The amended Annexes concern: fertilizers, soil conditioners and nutrients; pesticides and plant protection products; feed additives used in animal nutrition; products and substances authorized for use or addition in organic products of the wine sector.
