This Regulation sets the necessary conditions for performing activities of water exploration works and other hydrogeological services, preventive flood defense activities and activities and measures of regular and extraordinary flood protection and maintenance of detailed buildings for drainage and irrigation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Water Law. Activities here referred to are hydrogeological research, geophysical research and drilling of exploratory wells and boreholes.
