Regulation № 15 of 24 July 2015 on trade in pre-basic, basic and certified potato seeds of respective classes on the market of the European Union.

This Regulation determines the necessary requirements for pre-basic, basic and certified potato seeds which may be marketed on the common market of the European Union. Chapter Two of this text contains the minimum requirements for pre-basic potato seeds; Chapter Three sets the requirements for basic potato seeds; and Chapter Four is regarding the requirements for certified potato seeds.
