This Administrative Regulation is enacted in accordance with the paragraph 5) of Article 50 of the Basic Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region. This administrative regulation sets out the requirements and arrangements for distributing assistance payments to employees, freelancers and business operators to reduce the impact of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic. The administrative regulation further provides for the inspection and supervision, offences and penalties, etc.
