Ministerial Decree 11 August 2020 concerning implementation of delegated regulation (EU) 2020/884 derogating from delegated regulation (EU) 2017/891 for fruit and vegetables and implementation of implementing regulation (EU) 2020/600 derogating from implementing regulation (EU) 615/2014 for olive oil and table olives for the management of the epidemiological emergency from COVID-19.

The Ministerial Decree, with the aim at limiting impact of COVID -19 pandemic, implements delegated regulation (EU) 2020/884 and implementing regulation (EU) 615/2014; derogations concerns certain provisions regarding the fruit and vegetables sector (Art. 1) and the olive sector (Art. 2) in particular the financial aid calculation, operational program timing and schedule, conditions of production.
