Regional Decree No. 996-pa validating Model Regulation on protected area of regional significance, and the form of certificate of protected area of regional significance.

This Regional Decree establishes that Model Regulation on protected area of regional significance must contain the following information and data: (a) substantiation of the constitution of protected area of regional significance; (b) category and status thereof; (c) the scope of constitution; (d) brief description of the territory; (e) data on rare and endangered wild fauna and wild flora species; (f) importance of the territory for conservation of biological and landscape diversity; and (g) location.
