This Act sets out provisions on the appointment of inspectors for carrying out duties specified by this Law; licensing for keeping stallions and bulls; the application procedures for license; the powers and duties of inspectors and the collection of animals for inspection; animals unfit for breeding purposes; forms and fees; and misdemeanors and penalties.
