Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste)(Amendment)(England) Regulations 2020 (S.I. No. 1336 of 2020).

This instrument amends the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2007 (“S.I. 2007/871”) (“the 2007 Regulations”) by varying the packaging waste targets for all materials as well as varying the targets set for specific materials.
