Governmental Decree No. 2306 validating the Regulation on rates for calculating the value of illegally harvested timber for the purposes of Article 191(1) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

This Regulation sets rates for calculating the value of illegally harvested timber, including fuelwood, for the purpose of compensation of damages, applicable in accordance with Article 191(1) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
